There are a few things that need to happen to get you into our system and eligible to work. First, If you are an LPN or RN and going to the event to administer vaccines, a copy of your CPR card, front and back, is needed. You can fax this, scan it and email it, or take a picture and text it to us. ** Please wear scrubs to the events. **Background Check
A background check needs to be done and you can do this by going to http://myvci.com/logisticshealth at no cost to you. Please be sure to sign your legal FIRST and LAST name as clearly as you can in the signature box.Online Training
When we review and approve your application we will automatically sign you up for ONLINE training. The link for this training will come in an email. There are just a few modules you need to complete. If you have any questions while logging on or doing the online training then please call us at 1-800-666-2833 ext. 1250 until 11pm CST. Please note: If you are using Safari on a Mac, Firefox, or Internet Explorer 9 you may have trouble logging in. Please make sure that we are aware you are using these type browsers. Google Chrome works best. You can download Google Chrome for free. It may take a few days before you get your training email. It is 2 separate emails from “process server”. Please check your spam folder too.
